Welcome to the first NetBox survey of e-mail and it's use. We are a new service under construction; our main purpose on the net is to give users a fixed e-mail site which will follow you however you access the internet [for a fuller description of our upcoming service, see the NetBox FAQ page]

We hope that you will take a couple of minutes and let us know about yourself and how you use e-mail - in fact, there's a bonus if you let us know who you are. If you provide your e-mail address, you become eligible for free service. We will be giving away five 2 year subscriptions to NetBox and fifteen 1 year memberships based (that includes waiving of the sign-up fees). Everyone will receive a 1 month test run of NetBox [normal sign-up fees will apply after the first month if you choose to continue with the service].

After completing the survey form, please take the time to sign up if you want to try NetBox for a month. Even though the sign-up process asks you for payment terms, there is no need to submit your credit card number at this time. We will be in touch with you just before the trial month is over to arrange the sign-up fees.

This survey asks a little about you (only the basics), what computers you use, and how you access the internet. What we hope to do is learn how we can make our service more useful to you and the rest of the Internet community.
